King Ferry, New York
A quiet cottage on the shores of Cayuga Lake, where time slows and the water speaks.
About
Cayuga Lake Cottage is not a resort. It is a place — simple, uncluttered, and honest — where the only agenda is to be present.
Situated along the eastern shore of New York's longest lake, our cottage offers a rare kind of solitude. The water is close enough to hear; the woods are close enough to lose yourself in. There is no television to fill the silence, no schedule to follow. Just the lake, the light, and the space to breathe.

Surroundings
King Ferry sits at the northern end of Cayuga Lake, where the water meets the land in a tangle of coves and bluffs. The Finger Lakes region is known for its wineries, state parks, and quiet roads that curve through vineyards and hardwood forests.
Within a short drive: fall-colored trails at Buttermilk Falls State Park, world-class wine trails through the Keuka and Cayuga-Lake AVAs, and the historic village of Ithaca with its gorges and cascades. In winter, the lake freezes into a sheet of glass; in summer, it glows amber at dusk.
